The convention serves as a platform for students to discuss global issues with delegates from Singapore , New Zealand , China , Indonesia , Taiwan, Japan.
Nan Chiau High School will be hosting the delegates from 8th to 13th April 2018.
In the spirit of this cooperation and collaboration, the proposed APYLC takes the form of a convention for promising Asian Pacific student leaders who have clearly demonstrated a commitment to serve the society to come together to discuss global issues.
The convention will be carried out by inviting the most outstanding young student leaders from 6 countries, namely Singapore, Indonesia (Jakarta), New Zealand, China, Japan and Taiwan. The involvement of these 6 cities is also testament to the increasingly dominant role they play in Asia Pacific as well as in global arena.
The overarching of APYLC is to create a high profile platform for top student leaders from Asia Pacific to network with their counterparts and to inculcate in our future young leaders a greater social and political awareness.
